The meeting will be held in Hotel Le Dune at the foot of the sand dunes separating the National Park of Circeo from the seafront of Sabaudia, on the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 100km South of Rome.
A limited number of single rooms is available. Therefore we kindly ask you, when possible, to point out at a double room jointly with a colleague of yours. It is possible to write the colleague’s name in the registration form.
If you can, point out at a choice (train or flight) already in the registration form. It will be of great help to organize local shuttles from Latina railway station to the Hotel and vice versa.
How to reach Hotel Le Dune (Sabaudia):
Flight + train: From the Fiumicino airport (FCO) you will need to reach Roma Termini railway station using the Leonardo Express direct train connection (running every 15′, travel time 32′), and then take a local train to the Latina railway station (~30-40′, about four trains per hour), where a shuttle will bring you to the Hotel (see tables below for shuttle timetable).

If you are coming from Bari (airport or railway station), Brindisi (airport), Lecce (railway station), and Paola (railway station), look up for suggested travel solutions in the tables below (please double check, as there can be changes in the timetable).
You may find alternative solutions, just be sure to arrive at the Latina railway station before the shuttle to the hotel leaves, as it is difficult to reach the hotel from Latina by other means.
